Terms of Use

By accessing or using Vesti ("Vesti," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Vesti is a fashion and wardrobe platform that may include AI-powered outfit suggestions, virtual try-on, closet management, trip packing tools, community features, and related functionality. Features may change, and we do not guarantee availability of any specific feature at all times.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Vesti, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

Vesti may offer Free, Pro, and Premium plans (or similar tiers). Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) according to the plan you select.

• Cancellation: You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account or app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds: Fees are generally non-refundable for partial billing periods or unused portions of a subscription, except where required by applicable law.

You retain ownership of content you upload or create (photos, closet items, posts, etc.). By posting content on Vesti, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service (including AI features you request). You represent that you have the rights to share such content.

You may not upload, post, or use the Service to distribute content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activity
• Is hateful, harassing, or discriminatory
• Is sexually explicit or exploits minors
• Impersonates another person or entity without permission
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others

Virtual try-on results, outfit suggestions, and other AI outputs are provided for informational and styling purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, fit, color fidelity, or suitability for purchase decisions. You should rely on your own judgment before making real-world fashion or buying choices.

The Service, including its design, branding, software, and documentation (excluding your User Content), is owned by Vesti or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or other users' accounts
• Scrape, spam, or overload our infrastructure
• Circumvent usage limits, paywalls, or security measures
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without authorization

If you see content or behavior that violates these Terms, report it to support@appvesti.com. We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VESTI AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for operational or legal reasons. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
